Hello, I’m

Lacey Kinzer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been in practice since 2012. Over this time, I have learned several ways to aid clients in improving their mental health. I am trained in many modalities of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My passion is helping clients gain insight in to their lives while allowing themselves to grow to be their authentic selves. One of my specialties is counseling couples and individuals with establishing boundaries in order to reduce stress and increase overall joy. If you desire, a faith-based component can be provided to your sessions as well.
